Lakeside Triathlon Openwater Workshop

SFT are proud to be sponsoring the Lakeside Triathlon 2010 and are pleased to offer all clients and entrants to the race an openwater race preparation workshop. SFT and race organisers OneStepBeyond with Triathlon Racing Inc  will host the workshop on Saturday 29 May at Alexandra Lake, Lakeside RM20 2ZP.

TIME: 10:30 - 12.00pm. Registration will take place between 10.15-10:30. Please arrive on time to go through the full programme.

Exercises in Sighting, Navigation, Swimming in Packs.

Recce the course, mini race, starts and exits. Wetsuit removal advice.

How to swim faster in openwater.

The workshop will be led by Speedo Advisory Coach and past 220 Tri Magazine Coach of the Year Dan Bullock, the training programmes have been designed to be ideal as preparation for both novices and experienced triathletes and will include wetsuit fitting advice, water confidence coaching, open water swimming technique training and tips, start and exit practice, course and transition familiarity and much more.
