An Endless Pool is effectively a treadmill for swimmers. You remain stationary, while
swimming against an oncoming current. This idea of keeping still while swimming enables
us to film you from 4 different angles (including 2 underwater.) This footage is then
immediately available for play back on a large video screen. Actually seeing what you are
doing is an excellent way of understanding how you can improve your technique. Swimming
against the current tells you when you are getting it right as interference to the streamlined
position diminishes as your technique improves.

For those of you new or returning to swimming, an initial filmed session in the Endless Pool is
a good way to start. We will explain what you need to work on to make the most of your training.

We can work with Triathletes, Masters swimmers, Age Groupers, even those learning to swim.
The speed of the water is fully variable from just a trickle to something quite challenging for all
but the fastest swimmers.

Our coaching staff have worked in the fields of swimming and tri coaching for many, many years.
All are qualified Swim and Triathlon coaches and most are still racing to bring you the latest
developments from the field of swimming.
