Developing Front Crawl with filming

This course is for swimmers who can swim frontcrawl but need to know how to take it to the next level. This course is designed to improve your current stroke.

Time: Thursdays:- 19:30 - 20:30

Price: £160

Course format is as follows:

Week1: Introductions, streamlining, breathing and kicking
Week2: Rotation and streamlining
Week3: Arm recovery and rotation
Week4: Timing
Week5: Timing and rotation
Week6: Timing and the catch
Week7: Underwater pathways
Week8: Overview and futher drills

Course Includes:

Swim tuition over 8 weeks, swim theory and a video review.
Drills Instruction booklet
Filming of you transferred to DVD

Requirements: You will need training fins for your feet and a small float - both are available at a small charge from us. Please use this link
