This workshop is designed to help those undertaking the 5km & 10km Marathon Swim focusing on:
*Building towards the distance
* Technique pointers
*Explaining the training plan sessions from the pdfs downloadable that we supply. Homework is already prepared!
*Proper streamlines to take advantage of all those walls
*100 pushoffs, you could swim 200m less at least with a great streamline
*How to Diagonal under the lane ropes
*Exits and returns to the water each 1km.
* FC diagnostic once back in the water after the exit at 1km
*Nutrition for 10km
