London Fields PM Q1
Designed with the improving Triathlete in mind. Please note these are not teaching/learn to swim nights – you will be expected to at least have completed an Openwater sprint distance Triathlon (i.e to be able to swim half a mile) The focus will be on fitness with a qualified coach poolside giving tips and advice on technique as necessary.
You will need training fins for your feet, a pull buoy and paddles.
London Fields Covid-19:
*Please follow the pool instructions re entry and finding your way onto poolside.
*Please arrive ready to swim ie swim suit under dryrobe. There are no changing rooms.
*There are now no lockers available but please make use of the bag drop.
*There are minimal shower facilities, you can quickly rinse. Do not hog !
*Please exit the facility promptly.
*Please contact us urgently re Track and Trace if you feel unwell during or after the session.
*Label swim equipment, name drinks bottles. Do not share!
*2m spacing on poolside at all times, entry to water safely via steps at deep end where we will teach from.
