Book in to our 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 swimming lessons morning, day or evening to fit around your schedule. We offer bespoke swimming lessons to help you achieve your swimming goals. From learn to swim to swim improvement. We help all levels of swimming.

All instructors are BTF or ASA qualified, and all have supplemented their learning through racing Tri and Openwater.
Swim Lesson Info
A lesson of personal tuition will help you learn to swim, swim faster, maybe even take on the other strokes.
Lessons are 45 minutes long and can be bought as an individual session or in blocks of 5, 10 or 20.
Traditional 25m pool.
Location
SFT offer 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 swim lessons at Nuffield Health, a private membership facility in Shoreditch. You do not need to be a member of Nuffield Health to have lessons.
Non-members: please sign in at reception first.
