Coaching for Coaches
For Swim and Tri coaches who want a deeper understanding of Open Water swim techniques and integrating Tri and Open Water swimmers into pool based sessions. The lecture will cover many applicable topics to help you coach your swimmers more effectively.
Dan Bullock first wrote this workshop as a CPD for British Swimming over 15 years ago and would now like to share his many insights after 20 years of coaching Openwater Swim Techniques in Pools, Workshops, Openwater and in Lectures.
The RLSS also appointed Dan a Tutor for their Pool to Pond program. Dan has written about Open Water Training for many years appearing in 220 magazine, H2Openwater from the first publication (now outdoor swimmer), Triathlete Europe and many other online Swim News channels.
He has advised Speedo in the past, been a VASA swim bench ambassador, Training Peaks article of the year writer and 220 Coach of the year as long ago as 2005.
