Deposit

1. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place at the camp.

Final Payment

1. The remaining balance is due by November 30th. Failure to pay by this date may result in the forfeiture of your place.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made with a minimum of three months' notice before the start of the camp will receive a refund of the remaining balance, excluding the £100 non-refundable deposit.
2. Cancellations made with less than three months' notice will result in the loss of the full amount paid.

Travel Arrangements

1. Participants are responsible for booking their flights.
2. Flights must be scheduled to align with SFT group transfers to the hotel.

Hotel Payment

1. Payment to the hotel is due on the day of departure.

Travel Insurance

1. All participants are responsible for arranging their travel insurance, which should include coverage for the swim camp.

Media Consent

1. Photos and videos may be taken during the camp and used on our social media platforms.
