Choose a Session
Our Saturday skills session is fully taught, aimed at newcomers to the sport of open water swimming or nervous open water swimmers. Here you will learn the skills required to make you more effective in open water.
Our fitness session is an un-coached, un-lead session that allows you to practice your open-water swimming at your own pace, completing as many laps of the lake as you like in within the times specified.
This session is only for experienced open-water swimmers.
